I’m a UK-born and bred Positive Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist, Business & Mindset Coach and Psychedelic Integration Coach, here to show ambitious visionaries like you how to deeply awaken to your souls desires, live and build businesses consciously, create a deep sense of wellbeing, joy and inner peace. (And fair warning — it might get a lil psychedelic along the way!)

I swapped my teacher’s salary for the financial independence and location freedom of a soulfully successful business, proving once and for all that you can be spiritual AND super abundant.

Now I create courses and run transformational programmes and retreats for conscious leaders, visionaries and change-makers, showing them how to create a massive impact in the world doing what they love and living their dreams.

My Story & Background

Since 2012 I've been helping people think and grow, personally and professionally, through a range of services. With a background in teaching and learning (Postgraduate Certificate). My work led me to teaching and training business management, marketing, sales and customer service and managing the retail skills department of a FE college.

I developed a passion for wellbeing and coaching following from burn-out at work. Coaching helped me navigate this difficult time and ultimately my career change. I dedicated myself to understanding wellbeing and the role it played in living a successful happy life. I went on to study my masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP at University of East London). I qualified in teaching yoga and meditation (Yoga Alliance Certified 200hrs) and nutritional therapy (Level 5 Nutritional Therapist with the Health Sciences Academy).

As I began to understand the importance of a holistic approach to personal development (physical, personal, professional, social and spiritual) I created my wellbeing business, the Institute of Positive Wellbeing, teaching yoga & mindfulness, leading positive psychology workshops & coaching.

I loved the work I was doing but I longed for more freedom, and I felt like I had gone from working for an organisation to creating the same issues working for myself. I missed the teaching holidays, and if I wanted to travel or break the weekly class routine, I had to arrange cover teachers and lose money. I was working so hard for my business but my business wasn’t working for me.

Once again I sought coaching, this time I invested in a business and mindset coach and together, we developed a plan to combine my love of learning and experience in coaching, teaching and wellbeing to give me the freedom I craved.

I have been working in the online space since 2015, helping run online schools, creating successful sell-out online courses, and mentoring and supervising people digitally as they set up their businesses. For me, creating a business can be one of the best ways to make a positive impact in the world. I love working with leaders & founders who want to truly want to make a difference and embrace conscious leadership.

Innovation, mission and legacy are absolutely integral to the work I do I work with business visionaries & change-makers. In 2019, I joined a think-tank around Coaching & Psychedelics with some esteemed coaching colleagues and began to explore the potential for combining the immense personal growth from coaching with the ‘quantum leaps’ in self- discovery and holistic healing of psychedelics. I went on to lead the second symposium in Coaching & Psychedelics with Yannick Jacob in 2020.

I also launched Conscious Enterprise in 2020, a company that runs the first of its kind, The Conscious Being Programme - a 12 week coaching programme, online course, including a transformational legal, safe Psychedelic Retreats in the Netherlands. This programme focuses on thorough preparation and integration to foster the greatest transformation that is not for solely around healing what’s wrong with us, but is about focusing on and reconnecting with our unique brilliance

The programme aims to access the creativity and connectedness of plant medicine with a group of inspiring conscious leaders and plan ways to improve our lives, leadership & personal development holistically (integrative focus on physical, personal, professional, social and spiritual development).

In 2022, I designed and now run an accredited Mindset Coaching Certification with the Mindset Coach Training Academy and am a course tutor and module leader of the Accredited Course & Launch Strategist Certification with Laurie Burrows LTD.
