Hi, I'm Rosie

I'm a Self-love & Success Coaching Psychologist for high achieving, ambitious women in business.

I blend together my background in teaching, and being a Digital Course Creator and online tutor with my masters level knowledge of Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and my advanced level training as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher with my own personal experiences and my journey to create a one-of-a-kind, life-changing Self-love & Success Group Coaching Programme for female leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners.

My mission is to empower female leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners to get past self-doubt, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and step into absolute self-love, confidence and increase success without burning out or working harder using a blend of psychology, wellbeing science, holistic tools to get to the root of any mental blocks so that they can be the leaders and shakers the world needs them to be and enable them to to make a bigger positive impact in the world.

Coaching is an incredible tool to help women unlock their fullest potential, and get past their biggest obstacles to their most successful, healthiest, happiest lives. My coaching blends together new positive psychology interventions with ancient yogic philosophy and explores spiritual psychology as well for a full-person holistic approach to personal growth. It is a feeling of ‘coming home to yourself and loving the woman you find there’.

Yoga is an ancient system for engineering wellbeing that goes much deeper than practicing on the mat, or simply creating strength, flexibility and balance in the studio. It is a whole philosophy to create strength, flexibility and balance mentally, physically and spiritually. 

Positive Psychology is a relatively new academic discipline which compliments yogic philosophy and help people assess their strengths, work towards goals and find health and happiness. It uses methods such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive-Therapy, character strength assessments, gratitude meditations, creative-writing (journaling) for wellbeing.

My Qualifications

MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from University of East London.

First-Class English Degree (University of East Anglia)

200hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India (Yoga Alliance Certified)

Teen Yoga and Mindfulness qualification (Yoga Alliance Certified), level 3 Sports Coach.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation Teacher Training.
