Exclusive: Youtube Channel Launch This Week!

I really want to document my yoga teacher training and travel adventures so I have decided to launch a youtube channel to post content whilst I am away.

I want to make videos and blogs I would want to watch, and I regret not making more of my travels in India, Thailand, Peru and Tenerife. I wish I had those memories to look back on, and that I could show them to other people and share my incredible experiences and invite people on my journey.

Thing is, I am super nervous about it, and it is something I have wanted to do for a while (every time I get the urge, I buy new equipment then don't post anything). Like I mean, I bought a great camera, 2 64GB SD cards, a mic, a tripod... The lot, and I still haven't posted a single video.

I guess I am nervous that no one will like it, and that it will just be cringey and embarrassing, but another part of me is screaming "just do it anyway!"

Your dreams don't just 'come true', you have to create them. That means challenging yourself to do what you're afraid of. It means getting out of your comfort zone. It means starting out with the cringe bit until you get to the comfortable.

I want to focus on travel, ethical living (vegan food, makeup etc.), healthy food and positive psychology (yoga, meditation, personal development etc.)

I would love to know what video topics you watch on youtube and what you would like to see on my channel? Leave a comment below and wish me luck!

The first video will be released on Sunday 15th July.

Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.
